Earnings at eHow Still Good

While the views have not been updating, my earnings are still averaging the same as when I was more "active". So, even when I am not active as a writer, I am still earning. This, my friends, defines passive income. Sweet!Having the break is giving me some time to refocus and reprioritize my time spent on other things in my life, one being school and the other being work. It is important to re-energize and get back into other things that may have been neglected.

I have to say, I feel this break has allowed me to think about the next articles I will write when I get off my week long 'hiatus'. I already have a few articles in mind. Sometimes, taking a break allows the creative juices to start flowing. I started looking at the techniques again after doing some more reading on SEO and this gave me some ideas for future articles.

The eBook by 'WriterGig' I bought when I started freelance writing has been helpful and recently she sent me the updated version for free. If you have not read this book,or other books about online writing and are currently a freelance writer, it may be worth checking out. I have not read any of the other books, but I have heard good things about them. You can read a review here.
